Support Features

CORtracker Support is all handled with in-house staff.

CORtracker has a dedicated support team that allows you to always get a live person when you call for support.

Besides phone support, requests and tickets should be emailed into our ticket queue at support@cortracker.com, which is monitored by our staff throughout the day so that your issue will be addressed as soon as possible.

The support has been very good, every time we call someone is there to answer our questions promptly. One level of communication gets the resolution done. Every minute that ticks by is a potential loss of money, so quick service is great.
